This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations for services provided by Agentik Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") through our Dovient maintenance management platform and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By subscribing to or purchasing our Services, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy. This policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our Services, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. This applies to your first subscription purchase only and does not apply to subsequent renewal payments.
2.2 Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions canceled after the initial 30-day period but before the end of the annual term, we may provide a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your subscription, less any applicable administrative fees, at our discretion.
2.3 Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly subscriptions, we do not provide refunds for cancellations after the initial 30-day period. When you cancel a monthly subscription, you will continue to have access to the Services until the end of your current billing period, at which point your subscription will not renew.
2.4 Service Disruptions
If our Services experience significant downtime or disruption (more than 24 consecutive hours), you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund or service credit for the affected period. Such refunds or credits will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
3. Refund Process
3.1 How to Request a Refund

- Your account email address
- Date of purchase
- Subscription plan
- Reason for requesting a refund
- Any relevant order or invoice numbers
3.2 Processing Time
We will process eligible refund requests within 10 business days of receiving all necessary information. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution, typically 5-10 business days.
3.3 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If this is not possible, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method.
4. Subscription Cancellations
4.1 How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time by:

4.2 Effect of Cancellation
When you cancel your subscription:
- For monthly subscriptions: You will continue to have access to the Services until the end of your current billing period.
- For annual subscriptions: You will continue to have access to the Services until the end of your current annual term, unless you specifically request an early termination and pro-rated refund (subject to approval).
4.3 Data Retention After Cancellation
After your subscription is canceled and your access to the Services ends, we will retain your data for a limited period as specified in our Privacy Policy. You may request a copy of your data before canceling your subscription.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items and services are generally non-refundable:
- Setup fees and implementation services that have already been delivered
- Custom development work that has been completed
- Training sessions that have already been conducted
- Add-on services that have been fully delivered
- Subscriptions canceled after the refund eligibility period
- Subscriptions terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service
6. Payment Processing
6.1 Currency
All refunds will be processed in the same currency as the original payment. We are not responsible for any fluctuations in currency exchange rates between the time of the original payment and the refund.
6.2 Taxes
Any applicable taxes that were charged with your original purchase will be included in your refund amount if the entire purchase is refunded. For partial refunds, taxes will be refunded proportionally.
6.3 Promotional Discounts
If you used a promotional discount or coupon code for your purchase, the refund amount will be based on the actual amount paid, not the original price before the discount.
