Likely causes

Required tools
- Insulated oven mitts (rated to at least 250 C)
- Flashlight

- Chain repair links or replacement belt (as applicable to the conveyor type)
- LOTO kit
Safety first
- Never open the oven door to a hot interior when processing flammable coatings, solvents, or substrates. Flash fire hazard.
- The interior can stay above 50 C for 30 or more minutes after shutdown due to refractory heat storage.
- Wear insulated mitts when removing product. Even 'cooled' product at 50-60 C will cause burns on contact.
Procedure

Set the oven setpoint to 0 C or ambient immediately to stop heat input to the stuck product. Do not open the door yet.
Warning: Opening the oven door while the product is hot can cause a flash fire if the product or its substrate is flammable. Wait for the interior temperature to drop below 50 C before opening. - 2
Silence any audible alarm but leave the fault active in the controller. Record the fault code.

Wait for the oven interior to cool below 50 C. Verify using the oven thermocouple readout on the controller.
Warning: Stored thermal energy in the refractory can keep the interior above 50 C for 30 minutes or more. Do not rely on a quick visual check. - 4
Lock out the main disconnect and the conveyor drive disconnect.

Open the access door. Remove the product and fixture carefully using insulated oven mitts.

Inspect the conveyor chain, belt, or rollers for the failure point: broken links, seized rollers, snapped belt, or jammed product debris.[1]

Lubricate or replace seized rollers per the Despatch PCC maintenance schedule for the conveyor components.[1]

Clear any product debris from the chamber. Verify the conveyor runs freely by hand before restoring power.

Reset the conveyor drive fault and run the conveyor empty at slow speed for one full pass before loading product.
