Burner ignition is where most incidents start
Pilot loss, flame sensor contamination, and failed valve leak tests all trip the flame safeguard. That is the interlock between a hot process and a deflagration. Never bypass it, ever. If the furnace will not light, walk through the purge cycle carefully, check the UV or flame-rod sensor, and verify gas valves are leak-tight. Do not try to shortcut ignition to keep production running. The alternative is catastrophic.
