Dovient sits alongside SAP PM. It reads equipment master data, work order history, and spare parts information from SAP through a REST API connection. When a technician asks Dovient a question, the AI draws answers from both Dovient's Knowledge Hub and your SAP maintenance records. The result is faster, more accurate repair guidance grounded in your own data.
The integration uses configurable sync intervals. You control how often data moves between systems and which fields map to each other. Most plants run an initial bulk import followed by incremental syncs every 15 to 60 minutes.
Nothing changes inside SAP. Your existing workflows, approval chains, and reporting stay exactly as they are. Dovient adds a layer of intelligence without disrupting the processes your team already knows.
