Dovient connects to Oracle EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) through Oracle's REST APIs. Asset records, work order history, preventive maintenance schedules, and inventory data flow from Oracle into Dovient's Knowledge Hub. The AI indexes this data alongside your SOPs, repair manuals, and training content to build a searchable knowledge base specific to your equipment.
Technicians get AI-powered answers grounded in your actual Oracle data and documentation. When they complete work, the results flow back to Oracle EAM for cost tracking, compliance, and reporting. Both Oracle Cloud and on-premise Oracle EAM deployments are supported.
The integration uses configurable field mapping and sync intervals. You choose which Oracle organizations, assets, and work order types to include. Most enterprises start with a single plant and expand after validating the data flow.
