Dovient reads asset data, work orders, and failure codes from IBM Maximo through Maximo's REST API (OSLC framework). Your Maximo instance stays unchanged. Dovient pulls the data it needs, indexes it alongside your SOPs and repair manuals, and makes everything searchable through its AI Knowledge Hub.
When a technician searches for guidance on a specific asset, Dovient combines Maximo's failure history with your documented repair procedures to surface the most relevant answer. Every answer links back to source documents so the technician can verify before acting.
Completed work data, including time entries, parts consumed, and resolution notes, flows back to Maximo so your reporting and compliance workflows remain intact. Sync intervals are configurable from real-time to hourly, depending on your needs.
