Dovient's ERP connector works with any system that exposes a REST API or supports webhooks. This covers Microsoft Dynamics 365, Epicor, Infor CloudSuite, NetSuite, and most other modern ERPs. For legacy systems without REST APIs, Dovient supports file-based imports (CSV, Excel) and database-level integration.
Equipment records, purchase orders, inventory levels, and cost center data flow from your ERP into Dovient. Your maintenance team gets a complete view of each asset, including its procurement history, available spare parts, and budget allocation, right alongside AI-powered repair guidance and SOPs.
Configurable field mapping lets you match your ERP's data model to Dovient's. Every field is optional and customizable. You decide what data to share and how often it syncs.
