Dovient CMMS is a fully cloud-based Software-as-a-Service platform. All features, data, and functionality are delivered digitally through secure web and mobile applications. There are no physical products, software installations, or shipments involved in our service delivery.
2. Delivery Timeline
2.1 Cloud Subscription Users
Immediate access is granted upon successful registration and payment confirmation.
2.2 On-Premise Deployments (if applicable)
Setup and deployment may take between 3–7 business days depending on customer infrastructure and configuration requirements.
3. Access Details
Once your order is processed:
- You will receive a welcome email with your secure login credentials and URL.
- If applicable, your dedicated account manager will reach out to guide you through onboarding.
4. Free Trial Access
For users opting for a free trial:
- Trial access is typically granted immediately after sign-up.
- No payment information is required to start the trial unless specified otherwise.
5. 100% Digital Platform
As a cloud-native SaaS solution, Dovient CMMS requires no physical hardware, software CDs, or shipped materials. All platform access, updates, maintenance, and support are provided remotely through our secure cloud infrastructure accessible via any modern web browser or mobile device.
6. Support for Setup
Our customer success team is available to assist you with:
- Initial configuration
- Team onboarding
- Module training
All support is provided remotely via Zoom, Google Meet, or other screen-sharing tools during standard business hours.
7. Subscription Start Date
Your subscription begins on the day your account is activated, which is typically the same day payment is confirmed (unless otherwise agreed upon).
