Enterprise Sales Manager
We're looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to drive our sales efforts in the industrial maintenance sector. You'll be responsible for building relationships with key decision-makers in manufacturing companies and helping them understand how Dovient can transform their maintenance operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives in manufacturing companies
- Conduct product demonstrations and communicate value propositions effectively
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to address customer needs
- Negotiate contracts and close enterprise deals
- Provide market feedback to inform product development
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, preferably in SaaS or industrial technology
- Proven track record of closing enterprise deals worth ₹50 lakhs or more
- Experience selling to manufacturing, energy, or industrial sectors
- Strong understanding of maintenance operations and challenges
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to non-technical stakeholders
Lead Generation Executive
We're seeking a proactive Lead Generation Executive to identify and qualify potential customers for our AI-powered maintenance management platform. You'll be responsible for creating a pipeline of qualified leads for our sales team through various outreach methods.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients in the manufacturing and industrial sectors
- Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate interest
- Qualify leads based on our ideal customer profile and sales criteria
- Schedule initial meetings between qualified prospects and sales team
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns
- Achieve monthly lead generation targets
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B lead generation or sales development
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate value propositions
- Experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot or Salesforce)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and meet targets
- Basic understanding of industrial or manufacturing sectors (preferred)
